How it works
One visit, from the plan to the report.
Plan visits
Individual visits are generated from the weekly plan. The office sees who is with which client and when.
Record on site
Care staff record the services provided, deviations and observations during the visit.
Translate
Entries written in another language are translated automatically. Translation runs on the server on site.
Draft the report
The language model summarises the entries into a report. The report is a draft; professional responsibility stays with your team.
Evaluate
The hours report shows, per employee, hours completed, not documented and still remaining, split into weekdays, Saturdays and Sundays. Export to Excel.

Administration

Data protection
The architecture follows one principle: health data belongs to the organisation that collects it.
Processing on site
Database, language model and translation run on your server. No external AI services are called for reports or translations.
No access for the provider
Mitro Solutions has access neither to your data nor to your keys.
Encrypted personal data
Personal fields are stored encrypted in the database.
Access rules in the database
Who may see what is enforced in the database itself, not only in the user interface.
Traceability
Access and changes on the server are logged.
Backup in Switzerland
Backups are kept in a data centre in Switzerland and are used to restore onto the standby server.
Operation
Two servers per organisation, both on your premises.
Server 1 in operation
Runs Curamitro and the language model. Your staff work in the browser.
Server 2 on standby
A second device is ready. If server 1 fails, the standby is put into operation and the latest backup is restored.
The hardware is yours
Your organisation buys both devices; the software is licensed separately.
Backup every 6 hours
The database is backed up automatically, encrypted on the device (AES-256) and also stored at Infomaniak Swiss Backup in Switzerland for 30 days. Infomaniak only sees an unreadable file.
Updates at night
The device downloads signed updates at a scheduled time. A snapshot is taken first; if the check afterwards fails, the system returns to the previous state on its own.
Support only on request
Your administration requests a session in the help centre. Access is single-use, time-limited, logged and limited to system and diagnostic data.
If server 1 fails, server 2 is put into operation with the latest backup; at most 6 hours of data are lost. A UPS is part of the delivery, and the device has no open inbound port to the internet.
