02Scope
This policy applies to the website mitrosolutions.ch and to communication with us by email.
It does not apply to the data that organisations process in Curamitro. That data is stored on the devices of the organisation, which is responsible for it; Mitro Solutions has no access to it. For Vellastock instances we operate for customers, a data processing agreement governs the processing.
03Visiting the website
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) and delivered through its network. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data: IP address, time, requested address, browser and operating system. This serves to deliver the site and to protect it against attacks.
Cloudflare may process this data outside Switzerland, including in the USA. Cloudflare is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
We do not keep visitor statistics ourselves and do not analyse this data.
04Fonts
The fonts on this website (Hanken Grotesk and IBM Plex Mono, both under the SIL Open Font License) are served from our own web server. No connection is made to Google or any other font service.
05Cookies and local storage
This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics services.
When you choose a language, the choice is stored in your browser (localStorage) so that the next page appears in the same language. This setting does not leave your device. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.
06Contact by email
When you write to us, we process your details (name, email address, content of the message) to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a quote or contract.
We keep the correspondence for as long as the enquiry requires. Business correspondence related to a contract is kept for up to ten years in line with statutory retention obligations.
07Disclosure
We do not sell personal data and do not pass it on for advertising. Data is only disclosed to the service providers named above, as far as needed to run the website and email, or to authorities where we are legally obliged to do so.
08Your rights
You can request information about the personal data we hold about you and ask for it to be corrected, deleted or handed over. Write to office@mitrosolutions.ch. We may ask for proof of your identity.
If you believe we are not processing your data correctly, you can contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
09Security
The website is delivered exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
10Changes
We update this policy when the website or the services used change. The version published here applies.
